In these matters, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners khs/Sep.2024/10037

- 2 - submits that they are identically placed with all the Petitioners, who are covered by a reasoned order of this Court dated 30.08.2024 passed in WP No.1913/2024 (Navnath Bhaskar Dive and another Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others) and a group of cases. The directions issued in paragraph No.21 of the said order would squarely apply to these Petitioners as well.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off in the light of the above referred order dated 30.08.2024 delivered in Navnath Bhaskar Dive (supra), and the conditions set out below paragraph No.21 therein, shall be applicable to these Petitioners identically.
