Present petition has been filed for following reliefs : "A) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction and thereby quash and set aside the Government Resolution dated 15.04.2025 bearing No.TPS-3025/CR-06/2025/EP Publish/UD-30 to the extent of sanctioning SM (III)-4 (M-24) so also the proposal for reduction of width of 30 Mtrs. wide DP roads to 18 Mtrs. proposed wide EP No.(II)-22 (M-28).

B) The petitioners are further praying direction to the

933_WP_12864_2025 respondents without giving opportunity of hearing does not take any action for demolition of their house properties & decide the objections submitted by the petitioners."

Though the petitioners have produced certain documents, those appeared to be in respect of others and not of petitioners. Petitioners appeared to have not taken any objection after the DP plan was published and now it is stated that the petitioners' house is going to be affected because of road widening that is proposed. We are of the opinion that before the DP plan has been published, all the necessary provisions and procedures have been adhered to and if no objection has been taken at the relevant time, question of making an opportunity available to the petitioners now does not arise. The writ petition stands dismissed.
