1) Today learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the order made by this Court regarding taking decision on the application for payment of rental compensation of the petitioner is complied and today his officers have come with cheque. The statement is accepted.

2 CP 50 of 2018 2) The counsel for the acquiring body is present. Submission is made that the claim of the petitioner is decided and to that extent the cheque is brought. The cheque can be handed over to the petitioner on proper identification and the petitioner is expected to pass on receipt in respect of the cheque.
