The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "A] By issuing the writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned Communication/ Order dated 23.07.2025 bearing NO. Outward NO. 2025/Mahsul/Jama/Kavi162 issued by the Tahsildar, Manwat, Tal. Manwat, Dist. Parbhani.
B] By issuing the writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct that, the Tahsildar Manwat shall hear the petitioners' objections and decide the objection application dated 12.08.2025 filed by the petitioners before the Tahsildar Manwat, Tal. Manwat, Dist. Parbhani.

After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner, it appears that the appeal, challenging the decree passed against the petitioners, is pending before the learned District Court, Parbhani. 3.
Under such circumstance, when it is continuation of suit and sub judice before the Court of law, this Court cannot entertain the petition under its substantial / extraordinary powers under article 226 or 227 of the Constitution.

The learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Leave is granted.
