Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent - State. 2.

Perused the investigation papers. It is clear from the investigation papers that informant and applicant are real brothers and there appears dispute between them. Injuries suffered by informant are of simple nature. The weapon allegedly used in the incident is recovered from the spot of incident. In that view of the mater, custodial interrogation of applicant is not necessary. 3.

Application is, therefore, allowed by confirming interim order passed by this Court on 07/10/2022. Till filing of chargesheet, applicant shall not enter the village Burudgaon, District Ahmednagar.
