Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that, in Writ Petition No.8286/2011 and 8291/2011, nothing survives as the purpose is already served and permission is granted in favour of the petitioners to start the Senior colleges. In view of the statement, Writ Petition No.8286/2011 and Writ Petition No.8291/2011 with Civil Application No.12664/2012 are disposed of.
