Both the sides are heard. Limited relief is claimed like giving direction to the Respondents to comply the order made by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad on 16th June, 1992 in Case No.92 D.B.DI.GRS.A.29. In view of the nature of relief claimed, this Court holds that such direction needs to be given so that the claim of the Petitioner in his representation needs to be decided as per the order made by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today. The petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
