The petitioner has filed this petition for following main reliefs :- "B] By issuing the writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the like nature, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 may kindly be directed to pass the award under the provisions of The Right To Fair Compensation And Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation And Resettlement Act, 2013 in respect of the land acquired of the petitioner out of Gat No.920 situated at Mouje Vadzari, Tq Patoda, Dist. Beed and pay the amount of compensation within period stipulated by this Hon'ble High Court."

The document on record indicate the possession of the land was taken on 16.02.1999. A wall has even been constructed thereon. Certain photographs indicate the trees to have grown up on the land. The land is not under cultivation. We, therefore, direct the respondents to initiate acquisition proceedings of the lands affected and pass necessary award in terms of the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation Narwade/
