Present application is filed seeking to condone delay of 251 days caused in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 28.8.2023 passed by the Reference Court in LAR no.184/2016.

Notice of this application is served upon the respondents. None appears for respondent no.1. Learned AGP appears for respondent nos.2 and 3.

Perused application and reasons stated therein. Apparently, delay is occasioned on account of administrative reasons, which are not controverted by respondents.

In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out. In the result, application is allowed. Delay of 251 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. CA stands disposed of. 5.
