Order :- When the matter is called out none appears for applicantAcquiring Body. 2.

This Court under Order dated 16-11-2017 granted last opportunity to applicant-Acquiring Body to take requisite steps about deceased respondent No.1 till 19-12-2017. But, there was no response from the applicant, and consequently, application for condonation of delay came to be dismissed against respondent No.1 (original claimant). 3.

In view of subsequent development, nothing remained survive to agitate the findings expressed by the Reference Court. The respondents No. 2 and 3 State of Maharashtra and Special Land Acquisition Officer are the formal parties in the application. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to proceed further for hearing of the application on merit. Hence, civil application shall stand dismissed. No order as to the costs.
