The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 states that no notice for demolition of the suit structure is issued till the date by respondent No. 2. The petition is filed only on apprehension that the respondent No. 2 may demolish the suit structure without following due process of law. The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 states that if the respondent No. 2 proposes to demolish the suit structure, respondent No. 2 will follow the due process of law before demolishing the suit structure.
