This matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 11.3.2016. As in the said order, in the title clause, instead of mentioning Civil Application No.12852/2015 in First Appeal No.462/2014, by typographical mistake, it is mentioned as 'Civil Application No.3148/2016 in First Appeal No.642/2014'. Therefore, number of said civil application is required to be corrected and it is accordingly corrected as Civil Application 'No.12852/2015' instead of Civil application No.3148/2015. 4.

In paragraph No.3 of the order dated 11.3.2016, fourth line is corrected as below :-

CA 12852.2015.odt "The applicants/original claimants would pay an amount as per the agreed terms to Smt. Harubai Motiram Kshirsagar and three others who are parties in the suit." 5.

Necessary corrections be carried out accordingly. 6.
