Learned APP is producing the communication to him by the Additional Superintendent, Nashik Central Road Prison, Nashik dated 20th September 2024, whereupon it is stated that after the review the name of the present petitioner has been taken on remission register from 8th July 2016 and now he has been sent in open prison since 26th June 2024 at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Open Prison. Copy of such communication is given to the learned Advocate for the petitioner across the Bar. 2.

In view of the said communication, the Petition stands disposed of.
