Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the Education Officer be directed to decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Supervisor. The learned counsel submits that information is called by the Education officer from the management on 21.05.2019. The petitioner insists that de hors the said information, his proposal be decided.

The petitioner is taking risk of getting his proposal decided.
