At the request of petitioner, leave to correct title clause.

Grievance of the petitioner is that he had submitted proposal seeking validation of his caste claim. The said proposal is not accepted.

Learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 4.

If the petitioner submits proposal in proper format along-with all required documents, the committee shall not refuse to accept the said proposal on the ground that it is submitted by an individual. The committee is required to accept the proposal from individual and decide it in accordance with law. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
