For the reasons stated in the application, all civil applications for condonation of delay are allowed. Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of. 3.

So far as civil applications for stay are concerned, initially this court by order dated 4.2.2015 before delay was condoned, granted stay to the execution of the award upon deposit of 50% of the amount under each of the awards together with proportionate costs in this Court, on or before returnable date. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/original appellant fairly admits that no such

In view of this, the execution of the award passed by the learned Jt. Civil Judge, S.D., Udgir on 17.8.2013 in LAR Nos. 905/2010, 906/2010 and 907/2010 are hereby stayed on condition that, the applicant/original appellant shall deposit the entire amount under the award with proportionate costs before the Reference Court, within 12 (Twelve) weeks from today, failing which stay granted to the execution of the award shall stand vacated automatically without back reference to the Court.

Civil Applications for stay stands disposed of accordingly.
