The petitioner which is a Minority Institute, is seeking correction of the Sanch-Manyata for the years 2018-2019 and 20222023 and for release of grants. 2.

The proposal is forwarded to the respondent/Education Officer on 08.07.2024. Even prior thereto, there seems to be some correspondence.

The petition is disposed of, directing the respondent/Education Officer to take appropriate decision on the proposal - Annexure-14 dated 08.07.2024 on its own merits in accordance with the guidelines available from time to time, as early as possible and in any case within six weeks.
