PER COURT :- 1.

The applicants pray for condonation of delay of (51) days in preferring this Civil Application for seeking to set aside the order of the Registrar, dated 22.8.2012, by which the registration was refused on account of non-removal of office objections.

Learned Advocate takes the blame on himself for having not noticed the Registrar's Board and having failed to remove office objections. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay stands condoned. Order of the Registrar stands set aside with a direction to the applicants to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today.

In the event, the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the Registrar, subject matter of this Civil Application, shall stand restored.
