Learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that, pursuant to the order passed by the learned Industrial Court, a proposal was forwarded to the State Government. After receipt of the said proposal, the State Government pointed out certain deficiencies. Thereafter, the proposal was returned and upon compliance, the Zilla Parishad has again forwarded the proposal. The same is presently under consideration of the State Government.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 3.
