After arguing the application for some time, learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant would apply for discharge before the Special Court, in which he is an accused for offences under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999. He further seeks liberty to renew the prayer for grant of bail thereafter. 2.

The application is permitted to be withdrawn. It is open for the applicant to apply for discharge. If such application is filed, same shall be considered and decided on its own merits. Liberty thereafter to apply for regular bail.
