The learned AGP as well as the learned advocate for respondent No. 2 point out that there is a provision to challenge the impugned order/orders, i.e. in respect of the cancellation of the residence certificates as well as cancellation of appointment of the petitioner. Necessary circulars and notifications have been placed on record to demonstrate the availability of an alternate forum providing appellate jurisdiction.

In view of our disinclination to grant any relief, learned advocate for the petitioner, upon seeking instructions from the petitioner, who is stated to be present before the Court, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition to approach the alternate forum.
