The petitioner claims that his name appears in the final select list, published by the District Selection Committee, Aurangabad. However, he has not been issued order of appointment by the Zilla Parishad. 3.

In the facts of the instant case, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to take appropriate decision in respect of appointment of the petitioner in pursuance to his selection made by the District Selection Committee in furtherance of process of selection initiated on

wp9760-2016 issuance of the Advertisement No. 1/2015, dated 2nd November, 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from today.
