Learned counsel for the applicant submits that warrant is issued against the applicant by the Family Court, Aurangabad as he has failed to deposit arrears of maintenance. The applicant has filed an application dated 09.10.2021 with prayer to allow him to deposit Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) and to cancel the warrant issued against him. The said application was rejected by the Family Court against which present application is filed.

Learned counsel now submits that the applicant has deposited the entire amount of arrears of Rs. 1,95,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Ninety Five Thousand only) before the Family Court and therefore, warrant issued

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that on this statement application could be disposed of as the respondent is interested in getting the maintenance.

In view of the above statement, the application could be partly allowed. Warrant issued by the Family Court is hereby quashed and set aside as the applicant has deposited entire amount of arrears. 6.

In view of the above fact, the application stands disposed of accordingly.
