The learned Advocate for the petitioners cites an order passed by us on 16.09.2022 in a group of contempt petitions (Contempt Petition No.137/2021 and others). He submits that the same order can be passed and this petition can be disposed off. 2.

In view of the above, considering the statements recorded in the order dated 16.09.2022, this petition stands disposed off. Needless to state, the statement recorded in the said order dated 16.09.2022 in connection with identically placed petitioners, would also apply to the case of these petitioners.
