Insofar as respondent no. 1 is concerned, legal heirs as mentioned in paragraph no. 5 of the application are already served with this application. None appears on their behalf. 5.

Application is allowed so far as respondent no. 1 is concerned. Necessary amendment be carried out bringing on record legal heirs of respondent no. 1 as stated in paragraph no. 5 of the application, within a period of two weeks from today. 6.

Civil application stands disposed of.
