While issuing notice to the respondents, I had passed the following order on 26.9.2016:- "1.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 3.8.2016 delivered in Writ Petition Nos.12568/2016 and 2775/2016.

Issue show cause notice to Respondent Nos.1,2 and 3 as to why an action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 should not be initiated against them, returnable on 21.10.2016." 2.

There is no dispute that both these petitioners have succeeded before the School Tribunal as well as before this Court. akl/d

The litigating sides have placed on record the terms of compromise duly signed and verified. It is jointly submitted by the learned Advocates that these Contempt Petitions can be disposed off in terms of the Compromise Deeds.

The Compromise Deed (13 Pages) in Contempt Petition No.639 of 2016 and the Compromise Deed (7 Pages) in Contempt Petition No.640 of 2016 are taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification. 5.
