Shri Jaybhar, learned counsel for original claimants submitted that in view of the policy decision taken by the Government, vide Government Resolution dated 3.11.2016 read with Corrigendum dated 13.8.2018 and 23.2.2017, the present appeals cannot be prosecuted further since the compensation enhanced by the Reference Court in all these matters is less than four times than the compensation determined by the SLAO.

Shri Pawar, learned counsel for acquiring body seeks time so as to obtain instructions.
