Mr. Shelke, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee since the year 2016. The same is not decided. The petitioner has completed his MCA course, however, degree certificate and original documents are not issued. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent No. 1. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has completed his MCA course and degree certificate and original documents are not issued for non submission of validity certificate, we direct the committee to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

2 944-WP10749-19.doc The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 05.09.2019. The respondent No. 2 / institution can take steps immediately in tune with the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceedings.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
