We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners are objection petitioners in the same proceeding as the objection petitioners in Writ Petition No.10962 of 2021 decided on 4th October, 2021. In the said matter, the learned ASG, on instructions of the competent authority, made a statement that within a period of four months the objection under Section 3 (H) (4) of the National Highways Act would be decided and till the objection is decided the amount of compensation would not be paid to any party.
