It is revealed during course of argument that the appellant/acquiring body has complied with the interim stay order passed by this Court dated 14.1.2021 by depositing 75% amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon in this Court. In view of compliance of conditional stay order passed by this Court, interim stay needs to be confirmed.

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application for stay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

(ii) The interim stay is hereby made absolute till final disposal of the appeal.
