Heard both sides and perused the papers including the affidavits in reply.

The petitioner who was appointed as Laboratory Supervisor in Secondary Ashram school is seeking approval from the initial date of appointment of the year 2008. 3.

Considering the stand being taken in the affidavit in reply by the respondents, petitioner's grievance is to be considered first by the respondent no. 2 and there would be further appeals and revision. 4.

Based on such a stand, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall put up a comprehensive

2 WP / 10786 / 2019 representation to the respondent no. 2 who may consider it on its own merits and would take appropriate decision.

The learned AGP submits that the respondent no. 2 shall take a suitable decision in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner.

We dispose of the writ petition in following terms :- I) The petitioner shall put up his representation with the respondent no. 2 within four weeks and the latter would consider and decide it on its own merits and in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
