Petitioner Corporation has filed the present petition challenging the order dated 24.08.2022 passed by the Motor Accident Tribunal, Beed in M.A.C.P. No. 258 of 2019. By that order the Tribunal has rejected the application preferred by Petitioner Corporation seeking a direction to prove the medical bills submitted by Respondent. By the impugned order the Court has rejected the application observing that Petitioner Corporation has not raised any serious doubt in respect of the genuineness of the receipts and the bills.

I have perused the application at Exh. 42 filed by Petitioner Corporation. A vague suggestion is made in the application that the bills are fabricated. The application did not disclose any material on the basis of which such allegation was made. During the

915wp10832.22 course of the arguments it appears that the Advocate for Petitioner Corporation has raised some doubts about the bills especially for 10 to 15 bills issued on a single day, bearing different signatures. The Tribunal has relied on the decision of this Court in Yuvraj Vs. Kondiba in First Appeal No. 1077 of 2016 decided on 01.09.2016. 3.

I do not feel that any error is committed by the Tribunal in rejecting Petitioner's application. However, it will be open for Petitioner Corporation to make all submissions with regard to the contents of bills during the course of arguments.
