The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that prayer clauses "B" and "C" are rendered infructuous, since a Government Officer has been appointed as an Administrator. 2.

To the extent of holding elections to the A.P.M.C., the learned advocate representing the Election Authority respondent No.6, submits that there is no impediment for holding elections and by the communication dated 6.9.2022, issued by the Election Authority, the elections of A.P.M.C. are to be conducted. The polling is scheduled on 29.01.2023. The counting of votes and declaration of results would follow on 30.01.2023.
