PER COURT:

This court under order dated 4.7.2019 granted interim relief of stay in favour of the appellant - acquiring body, subject to condition that the acquiring body shall deposit the entire decretal amount on or before 4.12.2019. Moreover, it has also been clarifed that the time limit will not be extended on any count if the amount of is not deposited within stipulated period and it shall be treated that there is no stay.

2] It has brought to the notice of this court that the appellant acquiring body did not pay any heed to the conditional order of stay passed by this court nor deposited the decretal amount in this court as directed above. Therefore, there is no propriety to keep the present stay petitions alive on board. Hence, the civil applications for stay stand dismissed. The interim relief has already come to an end after expiry of stipulated period as mentioned in the order dated 4.7.2019. The Registrar(Judicial) to inform the

{2} 903 sr.no..odt concerned Executing Court/Reference Court to proceed further for execution of decree in the proceeding, if any, fled on behalf of claimants.
