The learned counsel for appellant submits that the revision petition fled by the appellant came to be dismissed for want of prosecution. Therefore, the appropriate remedy available under law is to fle a writ petition in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction of this court. Inadvertently, the appellant preferred the present appeal. The learned counsel for appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to fle writ petition to redress his grievances against the dismissal of revision petition fled under Section 1c of the Land Acuuisition Act. In view of submission, leave granted. Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayer for. Registry to refund the court fees as per Rules.
