This is an application for modification of the order passed by this Court dated 24th January 2025. Learned Advocate for the Applicant pointed out paragraph No.4 of the said order and submits that Applicants were permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited as compensation by the Appellant on the usual undertaking. 2.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks 75% amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn out of deposited amount by the Applicant.

Learned Advocate for the Appellant/Respondent strongly opposed the application and submitted to reject the application. 4.

Considering all these facts and circumstances of the case,
