By this petition petitioner challenges order dated 08.09.2022 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Latur rejecting application for amendment of written statement. 2.

In his written statement petitioner made a statement about compromise taking place between applicant and nonapplicant on 27.10.2020 and execution of bond to that effect. By filing amendment application, he wanted to delete that statement. 3.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that though the execution of the bond was admitted, the contents therein are not admitted.

This is something to be decided at the stage of final hearing of the petition and no opinion is expressed in this regard. 5.

The Trial Court in my view has correctly rejected the amendment application as execution of bond was admitted by defendant and he cannot be permitted to withdraw such an admission.

Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed without any orders as to cost.
