The grievance of the Petitioners is that there is a fight between the family members of Respondent Nos.5 to 8 qua the Petitioners, as regards the shares in the property. Electricity is demanded by the Petitioners. The department is in a confused state as to who should be granted the electricity connection and who would pay the charges, besides the dispute over the ancestral property. The issue between these Petitioners and the Respondents, is also subject matter of RCS No.789/2023.
