The parties are id-idem that the present matters are covered by the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court passed in the case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddupa V/s. State of Maharashtra and Ors., reported in

( 3 ) 2014(6) Mh.L.J., 438.

In the light of above, the present Writ Petitions are also disposed of in terms of the Judgment of this Court passed in case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddupa V/s. State of Maharashtra and Ors. (supra). 4.

The decision shall be taken by the respondents within three months in tune with the Judgment of this Court in case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddupa V/s. State of Maharashtra and Ors. (supra). 5.
