Heard learned counsel appearing for parties.

The petition has been moved seeking condonation of break of service of petitioner with continuity of service on the post of multipurpose workers from the date of their initial appointment. It transpires that, the employer has sent the proposal for condonation of break to the concerned authority i.e. the Divisional Commissioner, however that has been sent back to the employer since there were certain deficiencies.

The counsel for respondent No.2 states that, upon removal of deficiency the proposal would be sent back to the Divisional

WP 5778-2017 Commissioner for consideration. In view of the same, the respondent No.2 shall send proper proposal to Divisional Commissioner in respect of condonation of break of service as early as possible within a period of four (04) weeks from today, and in case such proposal is sent, the Divisional Commissioner to decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (02) months after the receipt of proposal.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of.
