This Civil Application is preferred by the applicants to bring on record legal heirs of sole appellant Naresh Anteshwarappa Garthe who expired on 17.07.2021. In support of averments in the application, death certificate of appellant is filed on record. It is evident from the death certificate that sole appellant expired on 17.07.2021. The Civil Application is filed on 14.10.2021. It is within limitation.
