Hindu Marriage Petition No.25 of 2024 was for Mutual Divorce and the same has been allowed by order dated 7th March 2024. The copy of the said order is tendered across the bar by the Advocate for the Appellant. The same is taken on record. 4.

In view of the above development, nothing survives in the Family Court Appeal and the same stands disposed of in view of the above Mutual Divorce. The pending Civil Application also stands disposed of.
