The Petitioners have put forth prayer clause [B], which reads as under :- [B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no. 3, Chief Executive Officer, may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioners annexed at EXHIBIT-D in the light of clause no.14.1 of Government Resolution dtd. 07.04.2021, for giving postings to the petitioners as per their choices in Zilha Parishad as they are Special Category-1 teachers."

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos.3 and 4/Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, submits on instructions that, the

In view of the above, the Petitioners are satisfied. 4.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
