The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.5/Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad has carried out the inspection and has forwarded the proposal vide its letter dated 26.05.2023 to the respondent no.2/Director of Education (Primary), Pune.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.2/ Director of Education (Primary), Pune to take appropriate decision on the proposal received from the respondent no.5/Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad in respect of the petitioner' s school on its own merits.

The decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks from today.
