Learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent State has placed on record a communication issued by Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) dated 22.6.2015 informing that land acquisition award has been declared on 30.3.2015 and a notice under Section 12(2) has also been issued to the interested person. The communication is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of declaration of the award by the Collector, the grievance raised by the petitioners in the instant petition stands redressed.

Learned A.G.P. appearing for the State, on instructions, informs that if the petitioners approach the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, on 29th June, 2015, along with necessary documents such as heir-ship certificate, and the death certificate, the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, will ensure payment of amount under the award to the heirs of the deceased land holder within a period of ten days.
