Heard, Mr. Pawar, learned Advocate for the applicant. He submits that inadvertently, office objections could not be removed. He undertakes to remove the same within a period of four weeks. In that view of the matter, Civil Application is allowed.

The order of learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 19.03.2024 is hereby quashed and set aside. The delay application to be restored at its number, subject to condition that the applicant removes office objections within a period of four weeks.
