The appellants / claimants seeks condonation of delay of 104 days in flinn appeal anainst award dated 24.02.2015 in MACP No.975/2011, which appears to be caused due to poor fnancial condition.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 1 - Insurance Company and the learned counsel for respondent No.2 stronnly opposed the application.

However, considerinn the short period of delay and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 104 days stands condoned and the application is accordinnly allowed and disposed of.
