The party-in-person in Criminal Application No.2868 of 2019 and the learned Counsel for the applicants/accused in Criminal Application No.3950 of 2019, on instructions seek leave to withdraw these applications. However, the party-in-person and the learned Counsel for the applicants/accused submit that the F.I.R. is of the year 2018 and now, the case bearing R.C.C. No.52/2019 as against the present applicants/accused including the party-in-person and the another case at the behest of the applicants/accused bearing R.C.C. No.278/2020 are pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class-6, Dhule. 2.

The party-in-person and the learned Counsel for the applicants/co-accused submit that necessary directions may be given to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of both the cases.

Both the Criminal Applications are dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of both the cases, i.e. R.C.C. No.52/2019 (State Vs. Anil Ganjidhar Pawar and ors) and R.C.C. No.278/2020, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, by day-to-day hearing, if possible and also submit the weekly progress report to the Sessions Judge of the Session. 6.
