By this application the learned advocate for the the original claimant points out that the title of the First Appeal preferred by the Acquiring Body needs to be corrected in consonance with the correction made by the Reference Court. He points out that in the impugned judgment and order, after pronouncement of judgment on 16.01.2016, the Reference Court has made correction on 22.07.2019 and in place of 'Laxman Sonaji Patil' name of present applicant ' Ashok Zendu Patil' has been replaced.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the Acquiring Body will have to correct the title so as to mention the name of the applicant in place of respondent No. 1 in the First Appeal. 3.

The Application is allowed. The appellant/Acquiring Body to carry out necessary amendment in the title of the First Appeal. ( MANGESH S. PATIL, J. ) mkd 1/1
