PER COURT :- The petitioner has placed on record rejoinder stating that due to certain allegations made in the affidavit in reply presented on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, he has an apprehension that he will not be in a position to carry out the work even if the same is allotted to him. Since the petitioner has apprehension that he will not be in a position to carry out the work and seeks leave to withdraw from the tender process, we do not deem it necessary to probe further in detail in to the grievances raised by the petitioner in the instant. We permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition unconditionally and dispose f the same.
